The People’s Bill of Rights 250 is a national, nonpartisan initiative inviting everyday Americans to imagine the rights that should shape the country’s next 250 years.
This house party toolkit is a free, self-service way to start that conversation with people you know. It doesn’t ask anyone’s party, and it doesn’t tell anyone what to think. Disagreement is welcome.

The conversation cards are thought experiments meant to spark discussion. They are not policy positions or endorsements by the People’s Bill of Rights 250 or anyone hosting a party.
