Find an open wall and put up a sign that says WHAT RIGHTS SHOULD SHAPE OUR NEXT 250 YEARS? Give everyone three sticky notes and ask them to write down one right or idea per note. Have more sticky notes handy for anyone with extra ideas! Stick them all on the wall and take a look together. What ideas keep coming up? Are there surprising connections? Move similar ideas next to each other and talk about which ones spark the most interest or deserve a deeper conversation.
